1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Essentially Yours Organic Wellness website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

3. Products & Pricing We reserve the right to update product descriptions, images, and pricing at any time without prior notice. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.

5. Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Major Metropolitan Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

We currently ship within South Africa only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Refunds & Cancellations All sales are final unless otherwise required by South African law. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase and photographs. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). A 6-month consumer warranty applies under Section 56 of the CPA. Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for further detail.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Essentially Yours Organic Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essentially Yours Organic Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
